Thanks to Big Fish (Steve) a big problem with the Personal File Folder feature of the site has been fixed.  Steve was trying to upload files greater thank 200k in size.  Everyone is supposed to be able to upload files up to 500k in size.

Turns out that one of the settings on the web server sets what the maximum upload size of a file is.  It was set to 200k.  I changed it to 500k and now his files upload fine.

If you have had a problem uploading files to your PFF or PHP space, please try again now.  Let us know if you have any problems.  Max file size is 500k.

Thanks Steve for bringing this to my attention!

Adam...don't look now, but the problem is still there!
I cannot load a 315kb file, but a 205kb loads fine. Whazzup wid dat?!
Let me guess....I'm the only one with this problem, right?!
Do the "dimensions (1836 x 1174 vs. 1377 x 881) have anything to do with whether or not the 315kb file will not upload?
