Adam, I think it would be pretty cool. I've found that if you get to know people over and above their cars, it's alot more interesting when you meet them in person, you know a little bit about what outlook they have on things. You also find out what other talents people have, how many kids, other hobbies, how many animals (no, you can't count kids here!), and alot of support if someone needs a shoulder to cry on, or one to scream at. I just hope more CA people come around. Well, So CA people anyhow. This is a looonnnggg state! lol Post counter would be neat.

Yea...I think a post counter would be OK.
.....and I also think that it is alright to post other than VETTE related things...sometimes that happens when you get a thread going...one thing just leads to another and before you know it...the ''subject'' has changed!!!!

First, I am glad you ( we ) are back on the air again. Second, you used to have a feature listed that was ( I believe ) on line chat. That would a a GREAT thing to have. I no longer see the option and assume you could not get it working with this software. Do you nat have a "total counter " feature running now, but just list the top ten or whatever? Or is it filtered to show two lines and more?

Yeah, I think it would be a good idea. I noticed you do have our total posts already, that can be seen when you click our names, but starting a list would be pretty cool too. It may even be cool to have the total on the left under our names along with where we are from and what year vette we have. (I know you can see all that when you click on a members name, but maybe have a little summary on the left part of the post.)

The list in the Post Contest is only showing total number of posts since the contest started. And it is only showing the top 10 members with the most posts since then.
Also, your comment about "is it filtered to show two lines or more"... That is not what it looks for. I'd actually rather not say what it's looking for, so that it makes it more fair for everyone.
As far as finding out the total number of posts for a member since they became a member, like it was mentioned, you can find that out in their profile. I will add that along with city and state as soon as I have a chance.

I totally agree! I'll blame part of it on that. The other part on the fact that 3 of the biggest posters are on vacation or busy... Norsky, 82duckman and Glenns.
Maybe I'll have to run another contest.

Been busy with "mom" helping, club stuff to do this week in between board meeting and general meeting and spending 3 days at Steve's cuts down on my posts! lol And....still waiting for my ride, so don't mention being out driving! lol
