When I read the title I thought I had a shot at it. I'm OLD.
I got my Corvette late in life, so I didn't join until I had my first (and still the only) Corvette and met Adam at Carlisle.
Like many here, I try to get on a couple times a week to check things out.
Hard to believe I am coming up on ten years here.

Glad to see I'm on the top 10 on someone's list. I don't post much anymore , but I do visit. I had to update corvettes so I could commute to work 100 miles round trip. I bought a 2000
dark bowling green metallic and I love it. The '72 needs a new engine and you know how that goes.
It will be $5000 at least. I am thinking about selling it, but not sure yet. Kathy

I have to say, I never thought I see the day where you'd consider selling your C3. (But, I guess if I sold mine, anything can happen!)

Well better late than never. I was pokin around here a saw this thread. Like some of you I don't post near as much as I used to. But seeing this thread got me thinkin about all the great times I've had with you all. I have had the pleasure of meeting a number of my friends here including most of you on this thread. I have a great memory of all of you. Yup including you boss. I remember the crazy times we had in the chat room. I remember the crazy fun times we've had at the gatherings. We have laughed together and cried together. I still get all teary eyed when I think of my great friends who are no longer with us. So I am blessed to call all of you family. And thanks for not only helping me build my dream but for your friendship. Miss yas and hopefully I won't stay away so long.

I am also guilty of checking in a lot and never posting I am guilty of going to the anything goes forum to read the jokes. I have no corvettes at this time, got to old, to fat, to sore, to drive them and lost my job a few years back and sold the badass 2004 (I REALLY MISS HER), didn't need to sell it but made the wife feel better having some cash in the frig so to speak, hell I drive a 2013 prius "C"
I hardly ever hear from the northwest clan that was at one time pretty tight, sad how life messes things up. I was wonder what others are up to, even though I don't post I do care and think about all of you.
God bless and Happy Holiday's

All you folks are great friends that I never would have met if not for this forum, the Gatherings and the regional get togethers.
It nice to chat here, but the real enjoyment is face to face.
I hope when C3VR goes west in 2016 I will be able to see some of my "left" coast friends.
Looking forward to seeing all my northeast friends in July.

I met Adam and some of you at Effingham in 2008. I have been a member ever since and I try to help out Adam when ever I can (Or he lets me!!). Nothing better than a group of people coming together with one love!! The Corvette!! And meeting my first non-USA resident (Cindy) was a treat for me too!!
Hugs to all
