I found a couple of places in the forum code that were making the forum pages load fairly slow.
I modified the it in a few places and seem to have slashed 2-3 seconds off the load time.

I had noticed recently that the site had slowed WAAAYYYY down, but so far today I haven't had any problems.

Hate to say this, but I really haven't noticed much difference. Lots of things factor into the loading of a page and I may be just far enough out on the end of a wire that I won't be able to notice much difference in performance. Thanks for the effort though.
