Dave,
Adam and I will be coordinating getting a banner, flyers, signup sheets and etc. Adam also told me that MAM provides a popup tent, a table and a couple of chairs so we're set there. I plan on bringing a couple of extra camping/foldup type chairs as well. I also have the mini-banner that Mike G. had made for me.
I've booked a room at the Super8 in Mattoon, which is about 30 miles away, but I'm still going to check out the 'camping-at-the-site' option to see what is available.

Here's the response I received to an e-mail about camping at MAM-FF:

Hi Jim,
Yes! We do allow free camping on Mid America Motorworks grounds in designated areas, Thursday through Sunday after the show. The accommodations are primitive however, only port-a-potties and hand wash stations are available. No hook ups, showers etc. There is a dumping station and water fill up, at Crossroads RV Sales at the 4-way stop lights just a mile south of Mid America Motorworks. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Depending on the weather I may not be able to stand myself after a couple of days without a shower...!!!

You just have to be creative when using the port-a-potty and wash station. A sponge, a little liquid soap and a couple of water bottles can do miracles.
