I am in the process of adding the ability to post YouTube videos in a thread here on C3VR. I hope to have it done soon. The YouTube button in the toolbar (some of you may not see it yet), doesn't work yet, but you can add a video by manually typing in the new tags for it:
[ YOUTUBE ]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LZjfoJmOt1I[ /YOUTUBE ]
but you'd leave out the spaces in the tags that I entered above so you can see the tags.
In the meantime, I've set up a group on YouTube for C3VR Folks to upload videos to:
http://www.youtube.com/group/C3VR
(This link can also now be access from the "Members" menu: "Member Videos")
So when using the tags above, it will show up like this when posted:

As one of the unfortunate ones that doesn't have access to high-speed net....I sure hope this doesn't turn into one of them things where every other post will now have a video inserted... 
While I don't have to actually click/watch the vids, I do have to wait for the pages to load...groan...
