*** THIS IS A NEW SURVEY! PLEASE VOTE FOR A LOCATION, EVEN IF YOU VOTED IN THE OTHER SURVEY ***
Below are the top 5 locations from the previous Survey. Out of these 5 locations, we would like to know where you would most like the meeting to be held so that you COULD and WOULD attend.
Here are links to each area so you can see what they have to offer:
Bowling Green, KY
Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, TN
St. Louis, MO
Hershey, PA
Myrtle Beach, SC
REMEMBER: It is NOT expected that you bring your C3. If you don't want to drive your C3 a long distance, we understand. Just get there however you can!
Also, it seems the majority thinks that a Start Saturday Morning, End Sunday Afternoon event is best. If you disagree, let us know!
Of course, depending on the location, some of us will probably have to arrive the night before to be there when it starts.
Once we nail down a location, we'll have to pick a date. Right now I'm thinking of early to mid September. Then I'll start working on lodging and things to do/see.
Please make sure to cast your vote by clicking on a choice below!

It's looking like Hershey, PA has the majority vote.
As far as a date, it looks like it will be 9/13 & 9/14, 2003.
Stay tuned for more details...

I'm starting to look around for a Hotel to stay at in Hershey... I'm getting rates as low as $69/night to as high as $150/night...
What is the max everyone is willing to pay per night?

Hi Adam,
September 13&14 sounds good. I would think $100 a night would be the high end on the hotel. We are looking forward to the trip.

Borrowing a couple of Glenns' pennies I'd vote for keeping costs towards the lower end of the scale if possible. After all, it's just a place to sleep, right? The gathering place facilities would be of more importance to me.

I agree the cost should be held as close to the $100 limit.. It's a 14 hr drive from MO,, and I most likely would be there two nights, Fri and Sat,,

Looking at the Hershey Calendar of Events there already is a couple of things happening there in town on that Saturday. Hopefully there will be room for us too!
