Will you have access to a final copy of the ad? If so, add the list of contributors to it and include it with whatever C3VR info you'll be handing out. If not, add a flyer with the list of contributors to the info packet mentioning that these were the folks who helped make the ad in the program possible.

It is too late to change the ad copy.

I will do what you said about havign a flyer made up to be handed out with the membership info to all that want it!
