If you happen to get caught in the bit of server trouble we had today and tonight, I'm sorry.
Seems the server was overloaded while doing a virus database update. Doesn't seem to be any way to schedule it for the middle of the night.

I had trouble last night. Screen was asking for user and and password but it wouldn't accept it. Tried later and it worked fine.
