Is the C3 calendar available in the large format? I only see the C4 large listed.

This year it is only in the regular size. The C4VR & C6VR calendars for 2012 are also only avaiale in the regular size. If you see a larger size it is for previous year(s).

I just tried to order mine and at the check out the NINECAL code did not work.
The display said: "The promo code has expired" Today is the 12th Code is good until 18th?

15% is not much but, if it is available I'd like to take the discount.
