Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.

Paypal keeps preventing me from purchasing 2 since I'm in Kuwait. It asks me if I'm really me and in a foreign country , I say yes and it brings up the normal page but no purchasing info.....
