How many times have you looked in someone's garage and seen a big banner hanging on the wall? I doubt if many of them are legitimate.

Apparently, a LOT of stuff was stolen at Carlisle...there is a thread on the NCRS discussion board about stolen gas caps from the solid axle, and mid year cars. Those things ain't cheap to replace, either...
