Vette(s): Silver 1974 Convertible - L82 4 speed
Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.
One more thing folks - if you've considered coming to this event, DO IT!! The weather this weekend in the mid-west couldn't be better for a nice Vette drive.
Who's the idiot who said that??
Oh well, home safe and sound - had a great time. More about the weekend later...
I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!

Yeah..what a great time with great people. Thanks Tux for the "VIP camping experience" under your canopy in the club area! Rain..who's afraid of a little stinkin' rain when you 've got a canopy! I hope everyone made it home OK, and all's well...
just thought I would pose one more question. There is one picture in the slide show of a c3vr members car. Can anyone determine which one? Tux You will probably be able to spot it first since the car was next to yours. Ill post the answer tommorrow.

Hey William. I can tell who that is, and I wasn't even there. That's Bob, 82-2tone. Am I right?
Patty and I really missed all of you. Glad to see some pics William. I am so looking forward to Delafield, and spending time with my C3VR Bro's and Sis's.

I made it back in one piece. Stopped at Mike's on the way home and got his blessing on the car. Think I pulled in my driveway a little after 9:00 (after a quick stop at Baskin and Robins for pink bubble ice cream) and the first thing I did was wash her. Hit a few rain storms on the way home.

YEAH, after I sat in the car in the rain for over a 1/2 hour before giving up on going to the BBQ. Don't quit your day job to become a weather man

Are you talking about the pic by the tent?
If this is the pic the 2 tone car with the 82 vette plate on it next to is my car is a friend of mine (Fred Fry). Behind mine is TJ's.

Yep that was the one. I also see TJ's in the corner obviously. Wish I would have had mine down there and been able to hang around longer. Next year we are going for all 3 days no matter what city it ends up being in.
