Do to family issues, I will not be attending this year. 
Can someone bring the plates, napkins and forks?

Frank and I will bring potato salad for  both nights.  If you need we can also bring plates, napkins and forks

Adam / C3VR'ers, I am backing out of attending this year's CAC due to health concerns and I was to bring water and or soda to the Friday's and Saturday's BBQ but ask others to fill in. I will pray that everyone stays well for this amazing event.

If anyone needs a place to stay Thursday thru Saturday nights, please PM me as soon as possible.

Looks like Ill be at the BBQ both nights since my son can’t make it this year I won’t be meeting him Saturday.

Due to the rain forecast for most of the day tomorrow (Saturday), and lack of people planning to attend we are NOT going to be doing a BBQ Saturday night.
