C3VR Booth in Space ID-50 at Corvettes at Carlisle

Once again, my family vacation starts the Saturday of Corvettes at Carlisle this year. So I will only be coming Friday again. I'll be there early Friday AM to set up my pop-up canopy, table & chairs to promote the Vette Registries.

A question for you all is this: Do any of you want to utilize the space for any reason Saturday or Sunday? Do you want to use it as a meeting place? A place for lunch? Etc?

I could conceivably rent a 10x20 tent for the weekend, so you'll always have shade there. But, I get the feeling you all would rather hang with your cars in the C3VR parking area. Is that true? If so, there would be no point in me renting a tent in the ID-50 booth space.

Let me know your thoughts on how you may want to use that space Saturday & Sunday. I mean, I'm paying for it, so if you all want to use it for something, by all means, do.

I guess if Jeff kicks me out, I could put my tent there. Maybe I should bring some old parts and put a price tag on them.

How many of our Vettes can we put in a 10 x 20 spot?

Anyone up for a Saturday pig roast?

I have some parts to sell too, but it would mean somebody would have to man the tent at all times.
Would we be able to unless we were registered as a vendor??
