Frank & I will be there & be happy to help out however it ends up going (handing out fylers at the C3VR parking, or a swap meet space...or both. We would not be in for the hotel, as we will be bringing the "road whale" again & staying at Dogwood Acres in Newville.

I know this has been dormant for a while, but we really ought to get started planning this year. After all, we don't want to lose our preferred parking (I think we have a good spot).

I've decided that I'm going to keep one of my three swap meet spaces, even if I don't use them this year. So ID-50 will be our swap meet space. I haven't decided yet if I'll ask anyone to setup and man a booth there. I'll likely just ask folks to have some flyers and a banner with them at the parking area.

Adam- Is someone going to coordinate ID-50?
Is there another thread to schedule people to be there?
Do we have a plan?
I will help at the booth and our reserved parking area.
I could even set up my tent at ID-50 and guard the merchandise at night.

Dave, I appreciate the offer to help, but the effort/cost of getting supplies up there is just not worth it. I think I'm just going to skip using the space this year. I know in the past, a bunch of folks enjoyed hanging in the C3 parking area, set up a pop-up tent, hung a banner and had flyers available. I think that is the route I'm going to take this year.
So I just need to make sure that someone has a banner to use, if not, I can send it to them along with a bunch of flyers.
So, whomever wants to help out with that, please let me know.
Thanks!
