Annual Corvettes at Carlisle dinner thread!!

Its that wonderful time of year again - CORVETTES AT CARLISLE!
As usual, we will be having our traditional Friday night dinner and our new tradition of the Saturday night dinner.

FRIDAY NIGHT: 

Friday evening dinner at the RUSTIC TAVERN http://www.rustictavern.com/ (reservation is for 6:00 pm Friday august 26th)

SATURDAY NIGHT:

Also, for the past few years some us that don't go to the corvette parade on Saturday evening have been getting together at THE PIZZA GRILLE http://www.thepizzagrille.com/index.html.  Its a nice place that's right near the rustic tavern and the parking is much more friendly.  

This year I made reservations for (25) at 6:00 pm Saturday, Aug 27th.  (the number was just a random number I picked but it can be adjusted).

One note about Pizza Grille:  it does not serve alcohol (if that matters to you)  but it is a BYOB place. There is a beer distributor right beside it (for those of you out of stater's, PA beer distributors sell beer only, and by the case although they may sell some 12 packs now) I know, I know, don't even get me started....

Anyway, we usually go next door, bring back a case of beer and party down!

So, just something to think about if you plan to attend.

So, if you want to attend one or the other (or both!), just respond to this thread and include how many and for which one (or both)

Frank & I will be here both nights! I'll let Carmen Walker know...she said she'd like to attend one this year and see everyone. I'll let you know which night. Also, I may have not her attendee....wont know till sooner. Thanks for taking care of this Jeff! See u soon!

anybody coming a day earlier this year since it starts on Thursday?

Kathy and I will be there for both! At the time I made motel reservations I wasn't aware of the extra day this year. Only have room for Friday and Saturday nights.

I should be there on Thursday, if I can have everything ready for Frank to bring the RV when he gets home from work

Hey Jeff...Carmen Walker will be coming to Friday nights dinner, so mark down another! She is really looking forward to seeing everyone there! She misses the crew and said she'll be there around 6!
