Vette(s): 2004 Commemorative Edition Coupe, Auto w/HUD. 13K miles in 2015. Sold 1982 Red Coupe
If there is enough interest, we can go to a winery in CT for a tasting and tour.

It would go something like this:

We will travel through some very scenic parts of Connecticut and the
towns of Hamburg, North Lyme, North Plate, Salem Four Corners, Bozrah Street, and Baltic ultimately arriving at the vineyards located in Lisbon, CT, 12:30-1:00.
Heritage Trail Vineyards is "situated on an 18th century farm, which once belonged to Separatist, John Palmer."
While at the vineyard we will, 1) Taste 7 wines at $5.00 per person. (Quinebaug White, Sweet Reserve, Chardonnay, Winthrop White, Shetucket Red, Rochambeau Red, Cabernet Franc)
2) Order and eat lunch at $7.95-$14.95 per person.
3) Tour the vineyards, purchase gifts/CT cheeses, and purchase Gelato at the Gelateria.
When we are ready to leave the vineyard those interested may travel up Rt. 169, a nationally designated scenic route, to Creamery Brook Bison in Brooklyn, CT. At this time of year we may take a wagon ride (Min. 15 people = $90, $6/additional people) out to the Bison herd to see babies! When we arrive back to the creamery we can buy ice cream and bison meat. At any time people may take alternate routes home or continue up Rt. 167 to The Vanilla Bean Café in Pomfert for  dessert and coffee.
If you are not familiar with The Last Green Valley this cruise will wet your whistle for more travel in this beautiful part of CT which extends into southern MA.

So if you will be attending the Gathering and want to take a scenic tour to a winery in the country, reply here.

Yes, we were looking for something to do on Saturday between breakfast and dinner.
I know you have a wedding to attend, but maybe you can sneak out for a couple of hours.LOLDead
