I have a room reserved at the Country Hearth Inn (double queen beds, NCM side of the building) that I will not be using. I plan to cancel the reservation no later than Sunday, October 7th.

We Are Blocking 10 rooms at the Baymont for 69.00 a night Oct,11,12,13.
The Baymont has been the host hotel in the past and they would like us back again. I won't have confirmation till probably Monday. Cindy my contact at the Baymont didn't get back to me today but I will try to reach her over the weekend if I can.
IS ANYONE INTERESTED????
You can cancel other reservations if you need to.
