Here are a couple options for Friday night activities. Should we offer one or both of these? Any other ideas?

DOLLY PARTON'S DIXIE STAMPEDE DINNER & SHOW
BBQ at the hotel (need to confrim w/Hotel if ok)

I like this idea, but who has room for a barbecue grille in their vette.. I won't have enough room for clothes and us ... Maybe there is one at the hotel...?

We'd rent a big BBQ and have it delivered to the hotel.

Hey Guys!

If you ask stingrayjim, he may bring a big bb grill, he is hauling his vettes, so talk to him! Maybe if he did the cooking, we could get the hotel to supplement the sides, drinks, cocktails, breads, and they could make some money also...It would be kinda hard for us to keep stuff cold or warm, so someone,maybe Adam, should touch base with the hotel! It would be great to get together and meet everyone that way!
