VR Member Gathering is getting closer...

Just a reminder that the 25th Anniversary Gathering is getting closer. If you haven't checked out the main thread (click here) it begs the question - WHY NOT...!!! If you have - GREAT...!!! If you did reply with a "maybe" about attending - get off the bubble and reply with a YES!

Inside the main thread (click here) there are a couple of other threads to check out - the host hotel thread (click here) and the welcome evening pizza party thread (click here). Both will help with planning so be sure to reply as soon as possible (the pizza party thread is a signup so the number of hungry folks can be determined).

An important note in the host hotel thread - the hold on the block of rooms with a group rate will expire at midnight on Saturday, March 28th. There are some folks who have indicated they may attend but have yet to book a room. At the moment there are only 6 rooms left in the block so reserve one before they are all gone. There are other lodging options in the area but what fun would it be staying at one of those..???

It may seem like there is a lot of time before The Gathering will happen, but it will fly by. Please take a few minutes and update your status on

• whether or not you'll be attending The Gathering,

• whether or not you'll be staying at the Host Hotel or elsewhere. and

• whether or not you'll be attending the welcome dinner.

Your replies/responses will help us with planning.
