I think of the three choices, Hot Springs will be the best place for what we want to do. See some sights, drive Vette roads (lots of hills and curves), eat, and talk.
We don't need a big city or a big car show (a cruise-in would be good) to have fun. And Ben can be our host!

If anyone wants to go to St. Louis in Sept., start planning a regional gathering now and I'll bet you get lots of C3VR members to attend.

I know this is off topic and if someone wanted to start a thread or had some interest . Mid America Motorworks will do club tours if contacted. Includes a complete behind the scenes tour and lunch. That might be a good regional meet for C3VR if anyone wanted to do it.

Lets not hijack this thread but if anyone is interested , start a thread and lets get it going.
Adam laid out three choices for this meet , any other discussion of any other places is a pointless waste of time and web space.
If the dates work out for us, we really don't care where it is. Its all about seeing new places and meeting new faces and seeing Tux in his jammies

We voted Dallas because we have family there we could visit as well. We really will not know for sure if we can go until close to May because of Suzy's work schedule, but we can firm up the date just in case she is free.
At any regional event there are going to be people that can make it and those that can't, the drive is too far, the dates, etc. They way this thing moves around, it is sure to come to a town near you in a few short years.

Since Dallas is a suburb of KC (bring out the whoop *** Texans) I had to vote for KC. That way I can see them both (LOL). Don't much care where we end up, it's the trip I'm lookin forward to. See ya there.

Hot Springs is my vote!
As the article I wrote for the last Shark Bites about the Central Ark Corvette Club's Vette Show, Hot Springs is one of the most picturesque towns in Arkansas. Being a tourist city it offers many hotels, restaurants and activities. There are 3 local lakes, historic Bath House row, Mid America Muesum, Horse Racing (Simucast) Mountain Views and one of the best Scenic drives in the country Highway 7 North!
The temps in May normally very comfortable!
HOT SPRINGS IS MY VOTE!
