There were many other who pitched in to help as well, Theresa with groceries, Jim with the truck, all the members who helped with the canopy, bar-b-que etc. Norsky with the forum links for caravans.
This was the club site family event that the members had been describing in an earlier forum topic this month of what C3VR was.
My wife and I met many members this weekend and developed some friendships that will last well in to the future. (Al-X
& Butch) Not to mention the dragon (Woo-Hoo)and the wonderful trolley rides!!!
Again, thanks to you Adam & all of the members in attendance for a terrific weekend!

It was great to meet everyone and put faces to the screen names. Linda and I enjoyed everyones company immensely. Adam and Mike did a knockout job putting it together.
I appreciate all the hard work and the trophies, dash plaques and tee shirts too. We had a blast of a time and hope to do it again.
It was great to meet up with 78sevette and the Great Pumpkin to travel down the highway and then hooking up with Norsky along the way. This was a truly outstanding vette event.
Thanks everybody and it was a pleasure to meet you all in person.

Thanks to everyone who planned and coordinated especially Iron Mike and Adam.
I'm already planning on driving West next year !! But I won't straight through drive it ever again...
BTW, whoever was kind enough to lend me the towel yesterday, I forgot who it was in the hustle and bustle, let me know where to mail it to after I wash it...

I'm about halfway home and wish I could turn around and start the weekend all over again. Had a GREAT time and am already looking forward to the next C3VR annual gathering...!!!

Sorry I didn't get to meet everyone individually but I promise to do better at making the rounds next time.

Boy do I agree with everyone. Where would we have been without the canopy Friday nite, the two cooks who got soaked while we stayed semi-dry, and the engineers who got the BBQ grill fired up. Who would have thought a rainy nite BBQ could be so much fun. It really brought us togeather. Thanks to everyone mentioned in the previous threads.
For me a special thanks to those who helped me. I lost my breaks on the way in to PF and thought my goal (To run the Dragon) was gone. Before supper the problem was diagnosed and Jim had driven me to advance to order the part. The next morning Dave M. drove me to pick up the part and Jim was waiting in the parking lot to start fixing it. Sarge came, as arranged the nite before, and Stingray Jim's son brought a jack and away they went.
Saturday afternoon I was able to Run the Dragon with everyone else and enjoy the "spirited " run back to the hotel. Thanks to all who helped everyone.
