I'll be there.....I know I saw a list at one time with a bunch of names on it, all wanting to drive the Dragon, but I can't find it now so add my name!

I hope no one minds (When you hear those words, you already know it's too late!!)    but I clicked on the link for the "Tail of the Dragon" that's above, and registered our event with that site.

They have a calendar of events on or near the Dragon, and I sent an email about the gathering in PF, and of our plans to drive the Dragon that Saturday.  I included a link to this site for them.

It's free plublicity for c3vr, and it will alert other groups driving the Dragon to expect a bunch of vettes on the 24th.

Hope I didn't step on any toes, but it's the Marine in me taking the initiative.  (Kind of the whole shoot first and ask questions later thing!)

Alright, I just heard from Ron and Nancy Johnson of TailoftheDragon.com.  They've posted our event on the calendar, with a link to c3vr.

They also wish they hadn't gotten rid of their 76 a few years ago, so they could join us for the drive.

They said to stop by and say hello in June.  They should be across the street from the Deal's Gap Motorcycle Resort, with their RV and tent, when we're there.  I'm sure once they see all of the vettes, they'll come over.

Well, I started this mess, and planned on doing the drive, but now I'm not sure if I could handle a two hour drive on a 12 mile road(road-rage, don'tcha know!)!! After seeing all of the accidents with the big rigs, I be skeered, now!
Put us down as a "maybe".
