BTW, I believe I'm the only C3VR Lifetime member that has never owned a C3. I'm gonna start looking for either a 82 CE or a 78 PC at the end of the summer. Hopefully, I can find something nice at Carlisle in August.
Now THAT'S a dedicated member!! Hopefully you will find a Shark of your own, George!! The sooner, the better! But even if you don't, you're still a C3VR Lifer!
Thanks for the support, and we'll see ya there!!

Just tell her only "RED HEADS"with BEER in the back of their C3's are allowed to drive in public!

I think I am in trouble
My wife, daughter and son are redheads. If I tell them this, I won't ever get to drive the vette. I do let them drive my 1/2 scale vette though (66 MGB)
The run sounds fun, at least the L48 backed by the 4 spd should be able to keep up with you high hp guys and gals in the twisties. I might have to send the wife off with the kids and her sister. She can get a little car sick
if it gets to twisty. Maybe my brother inlaw will come along.

I sure hope I have not made a mistake hooking up with you two? I want to get home all in one piece, with no police record, and still married?
..If I do get into trouble and they only give me one phone call to make, Joel, can I count on you to help me?

I very much doubt I can make it, but if I do, I would LOVE to go on that run. If my car isn't ready, would a raggedy old Celebrity go in front as a pace car, in the middle as a support unit, or way out behind where no one needs to admit they know me?

(some day, no strike that, October 2008 it turned red, still in progress!)
