Dan, thats strange, when I called they said my reservation was already made. The girl said a man in spandex running shorts and a Tuxedo t-shirt set me up in the "Game" room?

I received a response today from the hotel:

"Unfortunately our reservation system will only allow reservations to be taken 56 weeks in advance. In the mean time you could collect room types and quantities. ie: smoking and non-smoking singles, smoking and non-smoking doubles. This information can then be provided to Sheila in May. Members can then call in at their convenience to claim and guarantee a room from the block.

Hope this helps."

This is what I thought would be the case. Soooooo, in light of this I will post a thread closer to May in order to accommodate this request.


But, remember you can still make those FUNFEST reservations now for next year and receive a great 3 day discount and stay in the company of other C3VR members.

Dan,

As we get closer to the actual date more details will be annouced. In working with the hotel owner some plans have been discussed to have the dinners catered to the hotel like what is being planned for next years Funfest. (Free of charge... dependant on participation.)

We are fortunite that the hotels owner has several restraunts as well. As an example he had a barbeque for the Corvette hotel patrons at this years Funfest.

I have been working out the details for some of the hotels gathering event agenda. These are merely preliminary details due to the events 2011 date.

Likewise some of this will evolve around Mid America and the fun things that Chief Cheerleader Mike Yager and his crew has in store for us.
