Sounds like a plan. I don't have a cell phone, but as we get closer to the beginning of June and people and route get firmmed up, we should be able to connect on I80 somewhere.

If you all do decide on Rt #3 a big attraction to see along the way outside of Flagstaff would be the Grand Canyon, if you've never been there all I can say is OMG. This is a part of our country to not miss if passing by. Have fun which ever way you do decide and look forward to meeting you all in Carson City Thumbs%20Up

Hey guys, first I've seen this thread. Won't be making it to the event BUT, I'm just across the Indiana/Illinois state line about 15 minutes south of I80 via I57 or I394 if anyone wants to stop off for the nite. Got room to put a few up or even camp in the yard. Or leave the Vettes here securely and stay in town near the interstate. Pool will be open, barn and lift available for checks or repairs. Good chance to check out your Vettes at the 1/3rd(?) way mark.   Mike

oh, yeah, must love dogs!

Mike,
Thanks for the invite. We'll have to check that out to see how it fits.
I think we were planning to stop Saturday night in eastern Indiana, but the plans are very fluid right now.

Here's a thought. Seems the travel schedule puts you guys in Illinois on Sunday, June 17. How about leaving one day sooner and you can hit the Bloomington Gold Corvette show here near Chicago. June 15-17. We can gather at my place and the overnight offer stands. I'm about 1 1/2 hour from the show.

Thanks Mike, but it's too far for me to go in one day(from Jersey), I'll have to decline. Maybe others may want to take you up on it?

That sounds fine. Right now it's Dave W. & myself don't know if anyone will join us from Ohio, PA, NJ, or other NE areas.
