Do you have to give a exact total of the folks showing up for the tour?I would like to come but it depens on how i'm feeling around that time.

So any word on the car?
Only 63 days left

The cars doing fine. Had to wait for new door handles (Driver one was going bad, passenger one worked but had some pits in it. Theys gots to match!). Also getting Lew to look at a couple of mechanical issues while its in there (found ot Lew works on EVERY aspect of the car!). and Lew called the other day to tell me my tach had quit working (it had never been worked on before). Oh well, get it done before it comes out!

Yeah, we always like when Rick comes along! He's one of the original 3 amigos (with Mike, IRON82)! Are you planning to go all the way,Rick, or just to Corvette America? You will be a little tender, huh? Talk to you soon.

Hey, Ebo, good news on the car today! The tach is working fine. The plug pulled out of the distributer. He said it probably hadn't been all the way plugged in before. Had to also replace one of the heater hoses. They also solved my alarm problem. The driver's door switch (for arming and disarming) was cracked. You could set the alarm and it would work fine for a while, then go off. At least THAT shouldn't happen again! (off topic, I know)

Although I'm not going to the C3 gathering, I'm going to try to meet you guys for the tour at Corvette America. I've been to their showroom but a tour of the whole place would be interesting.
Hope to make it there in May.

Glad to have you come, Jim! You bringing the Vette? Alan, the party starts earlier! This is going to be quite a trip! We should all get walkie-talkies set to a common channel (of course!). It is such a shame about Paul. But we're all going to get TWO trips for the price of ONE! AND a huge caravan! BONUS!
