Is it time to wake up an old thread on regional events?

The lil feller mentioned in the wrong thread 2008 C3VR MEMBER GATHERING LOCATION that he thinkz we should do some Regional Event Stuff. I agree... I told him it was in da minutes from da 06 Gathering and never acted upon. Ah also said that hit might be a good thing fer him ta axe Dave ta put hit on da Agenda.... Maybe ta form a committee ta develop the structure for such ah thang. If we had a structure and solicited some Regional Chairpersons ta make it fly we would be off'n Limpping anywho. Doin a lil somefun in that area would be movin forward into the futre any wayz... JMO Tux thinks.... GEEZ O PEAT... C'MON Mr. NUTZ...

From Old Jammie wearer himself...........
What do you think? I know that we could pull this off. I believe the trouble will be to define the regions and maybe the captains. You wanna tell Dave Wright to add this to the agenda or do you want me to tell Dave Wright you want this added to the agenda? Either way that works for me....

Either way ............

DONE.
BTW, some people have attempted to have some very low key C3VR events.
Ken tried, but people had to cancel at the last minute.
Some members in MD and NJ have gotten together and posted pictures.
Whenever we go to an event like Corvettes at Carlisle or Funfest, the members get together for dinner.
But, yes, let's talk about it at our meeting next Saturday at the Museum and see if we can get some volunteers.
