I was able to secure an up and coming band to play while everyone is visiting us in Western NY. Some of you may have heard of them others may want to Google them and get some information. They are The Rolling Stones and will be playing at Ralph Wilson Stadium on July 11th! I could try to get us all free tickets but I'm fibbing about the part where I had anything to do with their schedule.

Ticket prices, if you are interested are about $85 for the nosebleed seats and $450 for the floor and lower bowl.

I hope that everybody already got there hotel room.
I would imagine everything is going to be booked within 50 miles.
Also, I hope the traffic won't be bad Saturday night.
Also, I hope the Stones make it thru the entire performance.

How was the hangover? Lol
I was thinking what a time to announced they are coming on the weekend of our event, I like the Stone but you couldn't pay me enough to put up with 80,000 drunk, stoned ignorant people.
There are enough routes to go to avoid that day's traffic.
Dave, how long are the block of rooms you booked on hold for us. Can you please make sure they aren't going to pull a fast one and screw our members over. Thanks

I don't get hangovers, just lucky that way
On the Stones website they say the show is at 8:00 pm so we shouldn't(shouldn't) have a problem with any traffic from Erie or from dinner that evening
I've been to all kinds of concerts from Peter Paul and Mary to Metallica, AC/DC, Faith No More and Deep In Hate... I would rather take my kids, even when they were 10 or 11 to any concert before I would take them to a Bills game.
Contract for hotel states we have room secured until May 24 and I just spoke with Jill, a wonderful woman and she is looking forward to seeing us. Just as some added information, since the concert was announced, The hotel is only booking rooms for $300 or more with a two night minimum for those who aren't part of our group.
