I will be driving my Mazda6 wagon. The 80 is still being worked on and won't be ready untill November. Can't wait to meet up with everyone.

Corvettes and women are the same...You want to make love to them but they keep breaking down.

Well, I was planning on driving the '71, but time is closing in with mentally challenged people surrounding my car, I'm not so sure. (Does NOT include one of our members who helped me out in the least!) Just think how much money we would save in a '04 Honda Civic! I ain't finished yet.

I know the voices aren't real, but they have some pretty cool ideas...

Always plenty of gatherings on the East Coast but I live right smack bang in the middle of the country and it's a loooooong way to get to any of them.  My last trip (in the family car, which coincidentally has a LS1 fitted) ended up with 7500 Klms by the end of the trip.

We have a thing called the Supercruise come into town every now and then and I tend to join in on that one.  We have about 4 or 5 Vettes in town but not enough to create a Vette club of our own.  Because I also own a 68 MGB, 57 Caddy, and a 50 Chev I'm a member of our local car club which works well for me.  Registration for any vehicles more than 30 years old is very cheap ($90 compared to $500 or $600 for daily drivers) but they can only be driven 100ks per week while road testing (log book) and unlimited on club sanctioned runs.  My black 71 has always turned heads on runs and is usually the first car everyone groups around when we stop.
