Important 2023 C3VR Gathering Update

There are three things I wanted to update you on:

 

If you didn't already know, a T-Shirt has been created for this event. If you will be attending the event, we'd love for you to purchase one. The cost will be nominal, whatever they cost C3VR is what you'll pay. It should be between $9 and $12 depending on how many we order.

 

To that end, I need you to pre-order yours. No money needed up front. Just simply fill out the order form to reserve yours and you'll receive them at the Gathering and can pay me then. (Cash or Venmo, will work!)

Also, as part of our agenda, there is one item that requires purchasing ticket(s) in advance. There will be a train ride on Thursday morning. If you want to do that, you'll need to purchase tickets in advance.  Here is the link for info on how to purchase your tickets now.

 

If you plan to attend and have not already booked your room, please remember you must do so by August 15th!  Here is a link to the the hotel info. (If you will be attending but staying off-site, that's fine too. Just make sure to let me know!

 

If you have signed up to attend but can no longer make the Gathering, please let me know ASAP. Also, if you already booked your room make sure you cancel it by 48 hours before check in so you are not charged anything!
