Adam just as a point of clarification which Hotel (base camp if you will) are you planning to hold the meetings, cookout, road trip starting point, etc. in? I would also like to know which Hotel the majority of the members are staying in as well. My wife & I are beginning to make arrangements so any current updates you might have would be helpful.

I am going to be staying at the HIE.  Unfortuantely, neither hotel has a big enough meeting space for us.  So I have yet to determine where the meeting will be.  I am considering making it a "working meal" one day.  I'll certainly let you know when I know.
 
And it looks like the guest list above is up to date.

Since I'm a WorldMark owner, I'll be staying in Reno at the WorldMark. Looks like only 23 miles away so I'll just be driving a bit more.....seems ok to me in the vette  Approve. Just booked it tonight so, I'll BE there !!!
