Update 4/27: The deadline has passed and 168 shirts were pre-ordered. We reached our goal of 144 to make sure we hit that $15 price! On 4/29, I will check the PO box for any orders that were mailed that didn't get to the box by 4/21. If you didn't place an order, there may be some extras after the order arrives. Stay tuned for details on that.

Really like the shirts and just ordered two to be shipped. Wish I could be at PF, but just can't make it this year. Hope to next year if it's closer to the midwest. I'll be wearing my shirt and thinking of all of you having a ball.

That didn't take long for someone to ask. 
I added these instructions to the order page:
If you would like to order multiple sizes on the same order, fill out the form above for the first size/qty, then click the correct link below. On the PayPal page, click the "Continue Shopping" button, then change the size/qty above and click the correct link below again. Do this for as many size/qty combinations you have, then click the "Checkout" button on the PayPal Page.

That is a great design, I'm impressed. I ordered 3 for the clan. I will be at PF but most likely without the vette due to body shop issues
