Gathering Dates Official! June 23-25 ’06

Looks like there are no major events currently scheduled for Pigeon Forge for the weekend of June 23-25, so it's a go for that weeknd for the Annual Official C3VR Member Gathering!!

I am currently pricing hotels for group rates. I am looking at arrival on June 22, departure on June 25 (3 nights).  As soon as I have the hotel location, I will post a new thread about that.

After I nail down the hotel, I'll start working on things to do.

I know in other threads a bunch of you already said you were going, but please reply to THIS thread if you plan to attend.  I'd like to try to get a head count so I know how many rooms to book.  Please reply with:

• Number of people coming
• Number of rooms needed
• Smoking preference
• Arrival Date
• Departure Date

Please try to keep replies in this thread to just the above info to make it easier to keep track.

I have to say YES !!!  Even know its not positive I am doing everything I can to make this trip   I'm still not sure if I'm driving or trailering my baby though.

my car is coming though not sure if i am driving or trailoring it down.

i would suggest you look for hotels that have ample parking as well. figure our trucks plus trailors, gonna fill it up fast.
