What should we do for Dinner on Saturday? Here are three ideas
1) I could arrange a catered banquet at the hotel.
2) We could find another local eatery and bring a big group
3) We could find multiple local eateries and we'd have a choice of which group to go with based on which restaurant they are headed to
4) We could just wing it and people can do whatever they want to by themselves, within small groups, or whatever.
Thoughts?
Thread closed! We added dinner at Pop's Catfish on Saturday night. Please see that thread for details!

Adam: I remember Iron82 saying something about going to TGIF (I think it was) In a post a while back, see what he worked out. There are lots of eating places in PF. I just got back from a week in Knoxville at the Street Rod NATS South and brought back a bad head cold and haven't felt like getting on this 'puter thing so I missed the sigh-up list for the trip to the MCM and lunch, I'll tag along if there's room left.

I think a catered banquet at the hotel would cap off the end of a perfect gathering.
We can all thank Adam for putting all of this together by paying for his dinner.
I would hope the hotel could give us a discount for bringing them all this business.
And it wouldn't have to be the most expensive spread on the menu either. Just good food in a nice private banquet room.
After dinner we can sit around drinking hard liquor, smoking cigars and playing cards. And maybe we can think of something for the guys to do too.
Are we going to vote?

I, too, remember IRON82 saying he was going to contact "Dad's Catfish 'n Seafood" (or something like that) for a Saturday night dinner. That sounds better to me than a "catered buffet" at the hotel.

Yes I have called Pop's Catfish & Seafood We are still gathering information on each side so we don't make this a mess when we get there.
I will have all the information by Tuesday 5/16
As Dave said and We agree. We all should have a banquet together at the last day. Alls well that ends well!!

mike's idea on the group dinner at a non-chain restaurant sounds good.
