Latest update.....
I was told registration should be online sometime next week.
I am scheduled to speak with their COO on Thursday to nail down last details.
I have expressed my concerns with him about making sure this is billed as a "ALL C3" event and not a "C3VR" event. He understands and agrees that helps both of us. So they will be correcting marketing going forward.
I really can't wait for you guys to see the agenda!

Adam, Does the "SWEET" mean we should leave some of the small "need to do" things for the gathering? Maybe installation for free with purchase, large discounts for all C3VR people, OR the use of a 70's LT1 for the CEO of the C3VR group? Hey, what are dreams for? CAN'T WAIT!
