Am I to understand that "Registration" for this event is going to be handled by Mid-Am?
Will we get a notice of when the "registration" is open before anyone else?
When will the hotel rooms be available for reservations?
Are we there yet?

Joel... Hotel reservations can be made now. I called today and verified the arrangements.

Several folks (myself included) have already made reservations and are all set and good to go.

I have posted up details in this thread.

[QUOTE=Adam Wartell] Tux,
This is open to the public not just C3VR members.
I'm not sure if there is still a limit on it or not. Basically, if they actually get 150 people to register for this thing, it will be a good problem to have!

Thanks Adam....!

That's kinda what I had thought but wanted to make sure before we continued moving forward.

Just to give you guys an update.... a little bad news....
Seems there was just a "disturbance in the force" and Lori Worman (events planner for MAM) is no longer with MAM.  She was doing all the work for C3 Fest.  I got an email from Henk van Dongen, their COO, who said he'd call me Monday.
Stay tuned.....

That's too bad.  I had heard a number of good things about Lori.  I'm sure they'll still put on a great gathering for us, I guess the details may just be a bit delayed.

I wanted a Corvette my whole life, but I never dreamed of all the wonderful people I would meet because of it!

For those of you on Facebook, LIKE the MAM page and post a comment asking for details of C3 Fest.
