C3VR Gathering Tentative Date: June 23-25

I'm IN!!! After missing my wifes birthday (June 22nd) last two years (away on business), having her sit in the car for this caravan was a no-brainer  ..... What a month, we will have just gotten back from our 25th wedding anniversary (cruise to Alaska - repeat of our honeymoon).....oops...I mean WERE IN....

We're in too!! It's on the calendar! Sounds like a fun time ... and place. Maybe we can hook up with some of you coming from NY/NJ/PA area and caravan down.

That sounds great, I would rather travel with others than all alone.

Do you figure on doing it in one shot, it's around 11 hours from here?

Let me know what days you want to travel. I have a book that shows what's at each exit and where the rest areas are on all the interstates. We can use that to set up meeting spots along 81. I put you on my buddy list so I don't forget you.

not sure on the specifics just yet.  if u need to reach me for any questions or to just try to plan things, gimme a call on my cell 908-872-2286  .    I am most likely putting the car on a trailer and take it down that way. I imagine i might go down two days earlier. maybe. not sure. I have driven 8 hours once and regretted it.  might have to split up the run, or atleast take multiple breaks.  i dunno.  this goes for any new england, ny, nj people. if you want to meet up and have a caravan or a decent spot for all of us to go down together gimme a call or reply to this and we can get things rolling.

Looks like my wife & I will be there for some or all of this years event...

I'll try my best to be there. The 74 is still in the body shop but they're waiting on the door hinges that were sent out to be powdercoated in December. We should be altogether by then.
