Actually, Wednesday-Thursday & Friday are covered at the hotel. (I asked John to change the Saturday dinner to Wednesday). Adam thought we might want to hang out and eat on the MAM grounds on Saturday with all of the events going on that out group might be involved in.
All of the places previously mentioned are good. Another good choice is Texas Lonestar.
Dinner at the Hotel is nothin fancy mind you.. It is food to fill you and we all sit around and tell stories about each other and the day. (I have enjoyed it in the past)
But if you want something more formal it can be done and I don't have a problem helping set it up. I do hafta tell you that I will not be there on Wednesday. As it stands right now I may not be able to come until Saturday for reasons that I would rather not discuss.

There isn't one. Don't really think it's needed. Anything we all want to talk about, can (and should) be discussed in the forums.
