BMW motorcycle enthusiasts to converge in Central Oregon

Some of the 6,000-plus BMW motorcycle enthusiasts planning to roll into Redmond
this summer for their annual rally have already started registering for the
event.
The BMW Motorcycle Owners of America has signed up about 1,000 members so far
for its International Rally, which will be held at the Deschutes County Fair &
Expo Center from July 15-18. It will be followed about two weeks later by a
motor home convention.
This was in todays paper. I thought anyone thinking of attending the Gathering might be interested in the rally. Redmond is only 15 miles away. Also, anyone that is thinking about attending the Gathering and does not have a room yet, should reserve their room pretty darn quick.

Just a reminder that the C3VR block of rooms gets released after June 14th. Signing up to attend the gathering does not automatically reserve a room for you. You must contact the Shilo Inn to reserve a room in the C3VR block.
