Have no idea if you intend to set up a welcome desk or whatever for the "crew" as they arive..no not...

But I will be in PF Monday...would not have any problem what so ever
manning a welcome desk (or hood) Thursday, or  Friday ...

I have a time share located 1.1 miles from the Hotel so "slepping" over
to the holiday hotel sure would not be a problem...

Let me know what you may need and if I can be of any help I will be glad to offer "me"...

We might be there a day earlier.   Try to finish up what I started and maybe find a beautiful location for all of our vettes for a photo of them and us together.  We'll see.

I plan to be there by Thursday evening.
I don't know that a welcome table on Thursday night is necessary.  Friday Morning we are all scheduled to meet at the hotel at 9am. That is where I will distribute T-Shirts and agendas.  I suppose we should also have a sign-in list so we have a record of who was there.  I'll probably need help on Friday morning distributing the T-Shirts, so you can certainly do that for me if you'd like.

I will be at the Hotel BEFORE 9 am on Friday for sure....

Most likely hang out in the parknig lot of the hotel Thursday evening after dinner .. should be sitting on a chair nursing a cold one next to  a Sebring Silver C5 Ragtop .. l
