Ya that's one way to make some good $$$$. Hey John where are you in Phoenix? We are moving to San Tan Valley this summer. I don't know where I'll be during the gathering Phoenix or Rainier. It all depends on when the house is completed. Looking forward to cruising in Arizona.
Hi Mark,
I'm only here until the end of February....boo-ho.
. I have to go back to the snow. Next year we're looking for three months. I need to figure out if I'll bring the C3 and a motorcycle and store them for 9 months.....I hear the 120 degree heat plays havoc on stuff locked up.

There is a C3 /registry member in San Tan. "San tan vette" I believe is his handle. Dave, dads2vette, is relocated to the far north of town out where even space aliens could not find him.

Only 34 years together

Ya we are going to take our chances with the 120 degree temps after this "Wettest Winter Ever" in the NW. We left San Tan Valley this Tuesday evening and Wednesday it was 90, how nice is that for February?

You guys are doing a super job.
It will be all new for me, so I am already getting excited.
I plan to do a little sightseeing before I get to Tacoma, maybe along the coast and Mt. St. Helens.
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

First of all, Thanks guys for all the hard work.
I'll go along with what ever you guys come up with. I think the Mt. Rainier or Port Townsend would be great. I also like the Boeing tour and CR Coachworks tour and think the LeMay Museum would be nice.

Keep up the great work -- this will be fun!! This group only needs a place to gather and talk and eat and drink and talk and eat and talk. It is like herding cats -- good luck. The only way we kept them together while they were in Colorado was to keep them in the cars driving. Stop anytime -- lots of work to get them back to schedule. Don't sweat a lot of details -- this group is good at getting to places and enjoying the moment.
With all that -- Terry and I are up for anything you guys think is good. We never been der b4 so it is all new.
One of our goals is to stay on Sunday and go see the Tacoma Raniers play the Colorado Springs Sky Sox. Beyond that -- all fun and talk with everybody.
Did I mention this group likes to talk.
finally arrived and rarin' to ride

I'm with the Jett's. It really doesn't matter what you plan as long as there is visiting and eating worked in, this group will be happier than "pigs in shit" as they say. Already making my plans for the trip, getting so excited.

So, at John's good suggestion, I've altered the map for the Mt. Rainier trip. We are now doing the route in reverse from the way I originally planned it. We'll be hitting Paradise first and then, for those that wish to, continuing on to Sunrise. Paradise is probably the more interesting of the two visitor centers -- this way the folks that want to turn back earlier won't miss the best part. You should be able to click on the link below and then step thru all the waypoints on the left to see our proposed route. I'll be playing around with this more and hopefully making enhancements. Might make similar maps for our other excursions, too.

This sounds like it's going to be a fun gathering. I'm excited!
Friday is a great day to avoid I5 and stay in Tacoma. I5 traffic on Fridays is bad almost all day. I love the LeMay car museum. Maybe we could get Coachworks and LeMay's in on Friday with an optional lunch gathering between?
I haven't been to Griot's yet. I will have to try and visit sometime soon.

Definitely agree, Jon. I've been caught in I-5 Friday traffic way too many times in the Seattle Tacoma area and I don't even live there. We're planning for activities close to home on Friday. More to come on this soon, John and I both have some things in the works right now in regards to our agenda.
