For those of you that attended the 2026 Gathering...
I want to make sure Jim (@Norsky) is recognized for helping to put together the agenda. He and I worked together to try to come up with what we thought and hoped everyone would enjoy.
We tried something new by offering multiple things to do for most portions of the event. It seemed like that was well received, and we hope it was so by all.
I have some pics and video that I will post as soon as I get a chance.
I try to be a good host, so I apologize if I didn't get a chance to talk to or hang out with each of you throughout the event.
I especially want to thank those that are first-timers to our Gathering and/or those that travelled really far to be with us. It is so great that you all chose to join us. I hope that you all felt welcome and that you'll want to be a part of future Gatherings too!
Speaking of which, it seems like we already have an idea in the works for next year, as Marshall (@manget1) has offered to put together a 2027 Gathering along Route 66. But the idea is just that at the moment, an idea. As soon as I/we have more info about it, of course, I will post about it on the Vette Registry website and send emails about it.
Next up, though, will be Corvettes at Carlisle this August. Check the forums for more on that, plus I'll be sending out more info to everyone on that soon.
Thank you again for your support for any or all of the past 25 years of Vette Registry (no matter which one you joined). It is you all that make our group the great group it is, I just put together the means for you all to connect in the first place.
Until next time....

We had a GREAT time and, as Adam mentioned, enjoyed reconnecting with "old" friends AND making new ones. In the early days of C3VR I received SO MUCH help from folks I didn't know and I can't express how much I appreciated all the info, guidance and encouragement that came my way when working on "The Toy". The Gathering was a time to put faces to the names I saw on the site and shake their hands in thanks.
'Til next time...!!!

Hello to All, if you didn't attend, you missed a fabulous group of friendly faces and interactions. We enjoyed ourselves and the people. Innercity Norfolk is not for me! Wish we could have gotten on the Big Ship, but all went well. Enjoyed the History and views. Till we meet again, Shiny side up, and speedometer in an acceptable range. Be Safe, be Healthy!

I'm so pleased that the Gathering was a success! We would have liked to be there, but it's just a tad too far! I know the amount of work involved in events like this, so hat's off to Adam and Norsky.
Good works chaps!
