Hi,

Pigeon forge, Smokey Mountains Tenessee.
I am sorry, I cannot be of any assistance. A very good friend of my resently moved to this location and told me about the (lots of) car meets.
And I am living in the Netherland!
So was my friend!

regards,
Eric

I'm in favor of New England area. Although it seems like I'm in the minority. Almost anywhere up there is beautiful and scenic particularly the Maine area. You don't have to worry about the temps anytime over the entire summer. the Acadia National Park area is really scenic. Anywhere along the coastline is great.

I vote for Nashville. A tour of the museum and factory would be very possible. SpeedVette in Pulaski would be close and it's a beautiful drive there from the metro area. Stan McNabb Chevrolet (and many others in the area) sponsors several Vette activities. As well, PowerNation is in Franklin and could provide coverage of the event -- and result in great PR for the group.

Just thinking out loud 🤔 Of course, being 1 1/2 hours away has no bearing on my vote whatsoever😉

Vette(s): 1973 Orange Metallic Coupe (orig owner), L82, 4 spd (WR), PS, (A/C & PW (I installed from wrecked 73)), leather, AM/FM Stereo, ran with '65 FI unit earlier & will again some day. 2023 Accelerate Yellow HTC Stingray

I was going to suggest going to the NCM during the Bash but it looks like you've already been there a couple of times. Another possibility would be somewhere in Florida close to Cape Canaveral and the space center. Maybe the timing could be about when a launch is to take place.

Boston would be nice because there is a lot of historic places to visit there and you can also get great seafood there.

If there's any Navy interest then you could go to Norfolk where the battleship Wisconsin is moored and there are tours available.

Vette(s): 1981 Beige/Dark Bronze, 4-speed, 6,000 miles. 44th car built at the "new" Bowling Green plant.

I agree with the Corvettes at Carlisle suggestion, although there may be something of interest in the Bowling Green, KY area.

The only problem with Carlisle is that it is usually infested with about 80% C7 and C8 cars there.

I’d prefer a cooler season due to the performance of my C3’s a/c. I’m suggesting Sep/Oct in the Poconos or Finger Lakes region.

Vette(s): 1974 Corvette, new 355 Blueprint engine, (50,000 mile, or 30 month warranty - 390hp, 410 torque) 5 speed transmission, custom Orange paint, and pinstripes with saddle leather deluxe interior.

Great place in the North East would be Moroso’s in Gilford CT.

Suggest Wilmington or New Bern, NC.   Both are very friendly, have excellent facilities if needed, multiple locations to stay/ dine (very reasonable), lots to see and due, weather is perfect. Also, coastal area has a plethora of areas to enjoy should one desire to venture out.
