2022 C3VR Member Gathering Sign-Up and Host Hotel Info

Is the gathering a "GO" with 14 attendees? What is the threshold for a viable gathering?

I, Robert Halpenny will be attending the 2022 member gathering in Fort Worth,TX My wife may accompany me as much as she can. Put us down for 2. Last day to book is September 5!  Only a few short days from now.

Unfortunately we have had to cancel our plans to drive all of Route 66 and then join the group in Fort Worth. We were looking forward to a great four week trip. Mark's mother passed on Labor Day so we will be spending the next few weeks settling her affairs. Hopefully we can all get together in 2023.

Due to family commitment I will not be able to attend. Going to miss seeing all my friends. Have FUN!

Since Mike is not going to be able to make it to The Gathering I'm going to bunk with Dave instead.

Now that the group reservation window has closed I'm going to leave my reservation in place until Sunday, October 2nd, before canceling it.  So if anyone deciding now to come you are welcome to use it.  Just let me know.

Just took a drive over to the hotel. WORD TO THE WISE... The streets around the hotel are ONE WAY, so ya'll pay attention!! The parking lot is fairly small, but there should be plenty of room for the group staying there. Also...so there will be no surprises...there is a railroad track/yard just south of the place. Don't know how active it is, just a heads up.
