The host hotel for our 2020 Gathering (with events scheduled Thu 10/22, Fri 10/23 & Sat 10/24/2020) is:

We have a block of 20 rooms with 2 queen beds for just $119/night.
Rate available: Wed 10/21/2020 to Sun 10/25/2020
Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in time day of arrival.

To book by phone, call 800-721-7033 and reference "C3 Corvettes" (or rate code "CTCCTCA").
Last Day to Book: Wednesday, September 30, 2020!
Only 2-Queen rooms are part of the block online. If you want to see if they can give you a group rate for a room with one bed, you will have to call the hotel directly (817-632-0800).
If you will be attending the Gathering but not staying at the host hotel, please reply to this thread too, and mention that.

Well long story short she has a herniated disc and is in pretty bad shape, shes on an 8 week emergency list for surgery, so then 6 weeks recovery so hopefully it all works out

Been there , done that - NO fun...!!! Had my surgery in early February of 1987 and was water skiing by Labor Day weekend. Tell her that as soon as she's able to get out and walk as much as she can, every day for as long as she can. Wishing her the BEST...!!!
