So it is official, the 2016 C3VR Gathering will be held July 13th through the 17th at the Hampton Inn, DuPont WA.

The link below is your official destination for for booking your individual reservations. You have until June 13th to book your room in order to get the agreed upon pricing. Rooms booked after the 13th will be based on pricing and availability at that time.
Link updated 1/15/16, rate should now include Wednesday July 13th.
See the attached for a list of terms and conditions. Based on our earlier review of the hotel, make sure to request your room to be on the Starbucks side of the building to lessen the noise from the expressway.
So now its on to planning the activities. Dave076 will be heading up that effort in a separate posting.

I made my reservation, (king suite). I wanted to arrive on Wed. but it would not let me have the C3VR rate. Only worked for Thur. thru Sat. nights. In the past most people got in on Wed. Any chance they could include Wed. in on the deal?

The rate was supposed to include arrival on Wednesday the 13th and that's what the paperwork shows ?? Give Mark Horace the Manager a call @ 253-912-4444, I'm sure he can fix your reservation. Let me know if you cannot get it squared away.

OK John, I called Mark and he took care of it, but he has it set up for only Thur thru Sat.
He said he would talk to you about it. Might want to follow up on that since most people show up on Wed.

We have reservations -- 1 king non-smoking. However, I could only get the C3V rate for Thursday through Sunday and had to pay extra for Wednesday. Mark was not in so the person I talked with will check to see if the rate can be changed.
IN any event -- are we there yet? I only have 2 feet of snow out front, the Vette will roll through that -- it's downhill!

Thanks for the head's up, just spoke to Mark and there was a miscommunication on his end. He is going to fix and send me a new link. I will edit the post later today or rommorrow. Hold off on you reservations until we get it fixed !!

Vette(s): Silver 1974 Convertible - L82 4 speed
Low miles (was only 8,900 when I bought it in March 2006) - Now 54K miles. Original owner bought it as an investment for son's college expenses.
2008 Jetstream Blue Convertible
King Suite booked. I had the same issue as the others where the special rate was not available for Wed. I went ahead and booked Wed-Sun with the assumption it will get corrected later.
Are we there yet?
