Here's the scoop:
 

The regular price for the rooms –for 2 double beds is $55 a night.

The hotel info is:

          Super 8

          1309 Saint James Lutheran Lane

          Columbus, Oh  43228

If you call on Wed. morning and talk to Stephanie, she can give you group rate info. Regular rate is $55 a night for 2 queens.

 
Also there is another motel right next to the Super 8 , It's the America's Best Value Inn.
the regular rate is $70 , but they said they would go with $49 for a group of 10.
They have outside rooms with the same parking at the door.
I think the Super 8 looked a little better.
 
There are tons of places to eat at this exit also. And plenty of parking lots for a meeting spot for the guys coming later in the day.
   
My son says this is a safe area (he's with the Columbus P.D.), other areas closer to the city are not a good idea.

It would have to be for Tuesday night, because Wednesday we HAVE to be in Effingham!

Well, I guess I will meet you all either at the Days Inn in Effingham or at MAM.  Tis only a five hour drive for me from Milwaukee.  Maybe I will come in with Jim from Mn. !!

Hey Paul, that exit 91B is a good place to meet others who will be in Columbus around the same time as you will.
