Advisable? No...especially if you're considering towing a (full sized)car on the trailer...just a baaaad idea all around.

Joel you do have a point, I would like to keep the mileage down on the white one as it still is under 18K, but I never plan to sell it. I plan to give it to my daughter. The red one is more the issue of will it be road ready for that long of a journey. I just may drive em both
guess that will be the decision as the clock strikes 12...........

I mean after all they are a woody to drive
and thats why I have em point taken sir.

Hey Mark,,did that new carb add to the gas mileage or what??? I am lucky to get 10 mpg with mine! Oh well I just cant be a feather foot! I burned over a tank of gas going to Chips show this weekend. It might have been 140 miles. She really likes the cam 2 gas also..smells good too. I just don't think the piggy bank can do that..still looking into a trailer..maybe I can turn off the secondaries..

Terry you really should do a documentary on the trip. It would be awesum and I bet even marketable on one of the many Auto TV shows, maybe even A&E.
Like the old Corvette Summer..........Think about it, mount a small cam right along the mirror with constant download to a small laptop plugged into cig lighter. another digi cam for moma to use. It would be the walNuts
